As the first of its kind India Cargo Awards is the first internet voting-based award, hence is fair and unbiased. Our Background
India Cargo Awards is an all-India platform to recognise those behind the success of the cargo industry and make them feel like achievers. It is India’s first internet voting based award, hence are fair and unbiased. These awards are supported by Ministry of Civil Aviation, esteemed trade bodies, Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI),
Domestic Air Cargo Agents Association of India (DACAAI), Express Industry Council in India (EICI), Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) and Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Association in India (FFFAI).
THE CEREMONY
With so many people putting their trust in the cargo industry, our position allows us to deliver on our aim to host a world-class event. Based on a unique system of jury judgement and voting, these awards will be fair and unbiased, finally culminating in a formal black tie ceremony that is glitzy, glamorous and graced by the who’s who of the cargo industry. India Cargo Awards is issuing a call to the best of the best in all regions to participate in the award ceremony, the highest accolade in the cargo industry.

Rules for Entry

All entries must be Cargo and Logistics products that serve the public or the industry.

Your business is eligible to enter if it has been operational in its recent form for at least 12 months at the time of applying.

Any entrants for New Company categories will be eligible to enter if, at the time of applying, they opened within the past 12 months.

If your entry relates to a specific project, it must have been completed and fully implemented at the time of applying.

Any internet or technology products must have been operational for at least 12 months at the time of applying.

India Cargo Awards retains the right to disqualify entries.

All Entry Forms must be completed in English.

Entries must reach India Cargo Awards by the published closing dates.

Only complete entries will be considered.

Entries must be submitted online.

Once received, all entry forms and supporting documents become the property of India Cargo Awards and no returns of such material will be made. India Cargo Awards will not be held responsible if such documents are lost or damaged.

The decision of India Cargo Awards will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.

Nominations Methodology
The annual final shortlist of nominees in each category is reached via the following criteria:

Vetted and approved India Cargo Awards commendations
VOTING PROCESS
Winners are chosen based on votes and a jury decision.
1. Online voting will be live from September 01, 2026.
2. The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of India Cargo Awards.
3. Voting date may subject to change.
4. India Cargo Awards reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time.
5. India Cargo Awards reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable ground to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
6. India Cargo Awards, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the Internet connectivity or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
7. India Cargo Awards decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final.
8. India Cargo Awards reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website. Please check these Terms and Conditions each time you wish to vote.
